Deposits

We take a non refundable deposit at time of booking of the first nights stay.

Check-in/Reservation Policy

Reservations at West Rocks Townhouse are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid payment method. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Cancellations or amendments may be subject to the property’s cancellation terms and must be made within the stated timeframe to avoid charges. Guests must be 18 years or older to check in and may be required to present valid photo identification on arrival. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Pets are permitted in selected rooms by prior arrangement.

Child Policy

Children 3 and under stay for free using excisting beds or a travel can be provided (restricted to certain rooms due to their size). Children 4 and over are classed as an additonal person and charged at normal rate.

Parking Policy

Is on street public parking. Permit can be purchased from us for just £2 a day rather than paying the prices at the meters using the Ringo App. There are loading bays located nearby which you can use to unload any luggage first in case you have to park further away. Alternatively, roads off the seafront are free or there is an NCP Car Park on Trinity Place which is a 10 minute walk away.

Cancellation Policy 

Reservations at West Rocks Townhouse may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, will be charged the full cost of the first night’s stay. For non-refundable rates, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or amendment. Group bookings or special promotions may be subject to separate cancellation terms.
