We are a privately owned hotel located directly opposite Eastbourne's seafront.
Converted from three Victorian town houses, the 150 year old West Rocks Townhouse Hotel sits majestically upon Eastbourne's seafront.
There's a range of comfortable rooms with bathrooms to suit every budget, including large family rooms.
We do not have a car park, if you secure a space in an H Zone spot please come and see us and we can give you a permit for £2, which is valid until 11am the following day
Eastbourne is also one of the first holiday destinations in the UK to have 5G coverage (O2 network).
We operate on a Room Only basis and Breakfast service is not provided

We welcome pets @ a charge of £15 per pet per night. Please let us know prior to arrival.
